  Sometimes "thank you" is inadequate ... this is one of those times.
  When we bought our rental property, it was a first time for us. We had never had the experience before.
  You will always hear the rental horror stories but we are thankful we embarked on this venture and because of the Leah Jay team it was made so easy for us. You have always excelled in every aspect of dealing with us and our tenants and we would certainly have no hesitation in recommending your services to anyone else.
  Thank you for the quality of tenants you handpicked for us. It is amazing that after 12 years the property was still in a presentable and well maintained condition, a property to be proud to put on the market.
